Starting a new business can be scary and exciting at the same time. It is important to know your goals and abilities. I started Significant Designs from a dream and the love of creativity. It is brand new but I am optimistic. It is the only way to insure success. I pray, plan, budget and research in my spare time. It is like my daughter tells me, "You have to claim it and it will happen." She is wise beyond her years. I will use this blog to not only grow my exposure but allow anyone who wants to to follow my journey as I build a business from basically nothing. 
Allow me to tell you a little about myself. I am a mother of three daughter, I work a regular job and I live paycheck to paycheck. My husband also works and he is my rock. He believes in me and it helps so much. I am also in college studying Business. When I am done I will have two business degrees, One is Business Technology and the other in Business Management. When I originally started my business I wanted to do more graphic design work. I offered Business cards, invitations and other computer based designs. I decided recently to broaden my inventory and so much more. I love crafting and I feel anything I make is still a significant design. Any challenge excepted.
